STEP 1:  Complete volunteer application online at www.2009worldgames.org/volunteer .

STEP 2:  Complete online orientation online at www.2009worldgames.org/volunteer/online-volunteer-orientation  .

STEP 3:  Provide your uniform size on your volunteer application online.  For a size chart, follow the link below.  Select your uniform size based on the measurements listed in the highlighted portion of the size chart, as all sizes will be draw from this section (i.e. MEN'S ONLY, no youth or women's sizing is available).

**Please note that  volunteer uniforms will be distributed to volunteers based on the volunteer position they are assigned.  Uniform distribution will take place in January 2009.    

STEP 4:  Provide Volunteer Services with a credential photo.

**For questions on how to upload your credential photo electronically, please use our Credential Photo Uploading Tutorial.  Or, if you do not want to upload your credential photo electronically, you may have your credential photo taken at our offices located at 3150 W. Main Steet during the designated hours (these hours will be announced at a later date).   
 
STEP 5:  Individuals will be assigned to one of the areas chosen on the website if space is available.  This will occur October/November 2008. 

STEP 6:  After GOC functional areas make assignments, you will be notified.  Once the assignments are finalized, a schedule of events will be posted to the assigned groups.  This will take place in November/December 2008.  You will then be responsible for the selection of your own hours. 

**Please note that  volunteer shift hours are assigned on a first-come-first serve basis.  Once you have chosen your four shifts, Volunteer Services will confirm your request.
