Welcome! The 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games has begun its volunteer recruitment efforts and needs your help.

The World Winter Games will require approximately 6,000 volunteers to assist in various functional areas to make the Games a success, and is seeking qualified, willing and enthusiastic individuals to help.

If you are interested in volunteering for the World Winter Games, please start by answering the following question:

Are you 18 years of age or older and able to work a minimum of four (4) 6-8 hour shifts? **PLEASE NOTE: If you are between the ages of 14 and 17 you may respond 'yes' to this question under the premise that you will be supervised by a responsible adult party while completing your volunteer shifts**
