Official’s application forms must be received no later than June 30, 2008. Applicants will be notified of the results of the selection process by approximately July 25, 2008.

NOTE: International and/or National Sports Federation official certification (if issued by the sport) and/or Special Olympics officiating experience is preferred and, in some cases mandatory.

The World Winter Games is also looking for Special Olympics athletes participating as qualified officials, who have completed the Special Olympics Officials Program for Athletes (SOOPA), as well as their athlete mentors.
