The Games Organizing Committee, also known as the GOC, is made up of Special Olympics World Winter Games staff and volunteer personnel who are responsible for every aspect of the Games. From the early planning stages to the seeing through of the event and everything in between, the GOC has a role in every facet of the Games' operation.
